The Research And Implement On Intelling Scheduling Strategy Of Cement Delivering

Beacause of complicated procedures, low efficiency in the cement delivering process and the lack of effictive management and vehicle guidance strategy, the problems of vehicles choking, cement stolen and misloading often happen. So a effective intelligent scheduling strategy on cement delivering is proposed, and the system of cement delivering is designed to solve the issue of car disorder and confusion in management of cement factory. The main research work is as follows:First of all, the technological process of cement delivering and the current exsiting problems was researched, then the new and developing Intenet Of Things such as IC card management, RFID, infrared grating anti-cheating system,voice guidance and so on were used in the delivering management, so a new cement delivering system was designed and the overall structure and function of the delivering system were planned.Secondly, according to the process and control requirements in cement delivering process, a perfect intelligent sheduling strategy about vehicle get in and out factory, motor truck scale, feed and transportation vehicle that can fit to the status of our country cement management was proposed, it can ensure vehicles weighing in-house completed fastly, reduce the probability of traffic jam situation, and improve the efficiency of cement delivery.Thirdly, based on the design of cement delivering system, the system hardware including RF scheduling management hardware, guidance system hardware and preventing cheating alarm system hardware was designed, it can solve the problems such as vehicle disorder, steal materials, wrong material installed and cheating weighing.Finally, the software system of cement delivering based on C#and Oracle database was designed, it included the scheduling server, the entrance guard management, the RFID management, the weighting management, the scheduling management and cement in bags management, moreover, the intelligent sheduling and management automation about vehicles in cement factory was realized.The system had been successfully applied in the cement delivering mangement of Anshan Jidong Cement Limited, and the actual results were favorable.
