Abstract:This thesis firstly elaborate the importance of Catlytic Craking Unit inrefinery.Give a introduction of the FCCU development history,the development ofconsutruction style,the tendency that crude oil is becoming heavier and heavier andthe deterioration of its quality,the quality upgrading of oil,the technical progress ofclean production and the integration of petroleum and chemical ets. Then,introducethe function of FCC mathematical models,the classification of models, the typicalmodel,the accuracy of the model, the advantages and disadvantages of models.The body of the thesis introduce the the technical development and progress of LuoYang FCCⅠin every stage,give a detailed contrast analysis before and after therevamps of the unit. At the same time, the dynamics model of FCC-sim are introducedin this paper, on the basis of this, establish a system dynamics model according to thecalibration data.In this thesis,UOP revamp improved device reliability and economic and technicalindex.Casting with VGO feeding improved the product distribution, and energyconsumption were reduced. After regenerator cyclone updating, the catalyst loss wasreduced.After the oil quality upgrading, operation conditions were optimized, themain fractionator pressure drop was reduced, energy consumption was reduced,improved the absorption stable cooling effect, product quality was well controlled, thecontents of C3+in dry gas were decreased.After the model building and calibration,the running state and index wereanalyzed.The unit hydrogen balance was accounted. Put forward furtheroptimization direction.This thesis pointed out that the Velocity of cyclone waslower,and gave the solution.conducted the prediction while single and multi Variableswere changed,gave several optimization solution and gave the operation data andconstrain condition in different product solution.All these data surport the Off lineoptimization reliably.
