Lügou coal mine,subordinate to Yongjin Energy Limited Company in Hennan,has entered the mining period of thin coal-seam,caved64coal seam is about0.91mthick,surrounding rock is more broken and belongs to general instability surroundingrock. As the improving of mechanization of other working faces,replacement betweenmining and excavation is increasingly strained,so the excavating velocity of coal-rockhaulage downhill roadway prepared for coal face38026must be advanced based onexisting blasting tunnel technology. On this engineering background,by on-site surveyand observation datas are obtained and are analyzed, theoretical analysis isimplemented by accessing to lots of information,then blasting and cable anchormatching combined support scheme of quick excavation are proposed,also cable’sdistance on the section and along the downhill is optimized by numerical simulation.On basis of considering to influencing factors of quickly caving of coal-rock roadway,parameters of bolt support and blasting technique are studied optimally,finally theindustrial field test is realized,achieving well results.According to the application of medium-length hole blasting combined withperipheral smooth blasting,on the one hand,per cyclical footage is accelerated from0.9m to1.8m,on the another hand,roadway’s forming is assured and over-break&under-break and vibration failure of surrounding rock are decreased. Blasting initialload P and quasi-static pressure of explosionPd at the hole wall are obtained on theory,so that theoretical calculation of blasting parameters is carried out,combined withdomestic blasting practice,reasonable blasting parameters is determined. Numericalsimulation optimization study of cable’ distance on the section and along the downhillis carried out from principal stress distribution,roadway convergence and surroundingrock mass plastic zone. The array space between bolts of900mm is to be adopted,simulated engineering excavation has been done. Quota standardization of mainprocedures of mining in the roadway is established by using related theories ofindustrial engineering. Optimization table of operating cycle suitable for rapidexcavation in coal-rock drifts of Lügou coal mine is put forward. According to the fieldtest of the scheme,every cycle has a footage of1.8m,drilling footage is150m bymouth and no over-break&under-break,driving materials costs are reduced by15%. The damage of smooth blasting to the rock is weakened obviously,which isbeneficial to play roles of cable anchor matching combined support technology.Roadway deformation and deformation velocity is controllable. The value roofabscission layer is less than the critical value data. Extrusion strengthening suspensioneffect of bolt and anchor is obviously,which ensures safety production. Rapid and highefficient driving of the half-coal haulage roadway No.38026in Lügou coal mine isequally important,which has made contributions for normal mining supersede of thewhole mine.
