This paper systematically studied the blasting and supporting mechanism as well as medium-length hole blasting theory and control technology, in this paper, we applied the theory research and laboratory test results to industrial test, and the optimization of rock medium-length hole blasting parameters is used to improve the utilization rate of borehole and one cycle process; and we studied the function mechanism of secondary bolt/shotcreting support technology; combined with the measured data of mine rock and using the numerical simulation software FLAC, the second best supporting time (period of time) of the second bolt/shotcreting support was determined;combined with the practical conditions of mines in Xingdong mine and Dongpang mine, by studying complete sets of craft and technology of comprehensive mechanized excavating quickly suited for different stone drifts, the key technical problems of rock heading construction was solved, and the optimization and improvement of construction technology and labor organization were realized, the efficient discharging the gangue system helped to solve the suitable technical problem of gangue transportation after the gangue was quickly dug up and packed in the rock workface, and ensured that excavation of the working face and discharge of the gangue could be done at the same time, and the quick tunneling of the rock roadways with high quality was realized.The study of this paper improved the level of rock mechanization fast tunneling in Xingtai mine, and had the certain reference value and supplied theoretical basis for the rapid development of rapid excavation technology in rock roadway.
