Research On The Countermeasure And The Problems Of Outburst Prevention Technique In The Coalface Area

Coal and gas outburst accident is one of the key hazards of coal mine safetyproduction, which seriously affects the safety of China’s coal production. Especially inrecent years, with the increase of mining depth, stress and gas pressure and the complexunderground geological environment, coal and gas outburst accident not just happens inthe process of excavation face or uncovering coal in crosscut, the coal and gas outburstaccident occurs in the working face is gradually increasing. As a result, heavy casualtiesand property losses have been caused because of large number of miners working in thestope. Therefore, it is significant to the protection of coal mine production safety to do asystematical study on the stope area outburst prevention technology, find out thedeficiencies in the application process and constantly improve the stope area outburstprevention technology system.Investigating the outburst occurred in the stope, identifying the problems existingin the outburst prevention technology, analyzing the deeply causes of the problems fromtechnology, management, equipment, and to develop appropriate countermeasures totackle the problems and nature of reasons; doing a further study from the perspectivesof coalface design, predictor selection and the definition of critical value, formulation ofthe constructing regional gas prevention and control measures and effect evaluation ofoutburst elimination; Using gas geology map division to division the degree of miningface outburst dangerous, and according to different degrees of dangerous area have apurpose outburst prevention measures; Evaluation method of outburst elimination ofworking face was established, pre-evaluation and subsection evaluation of outburstelimination was carried out through recognition and analysis of outburst danger ofworking face;making a set of integrated outburst prevention technology; Finally tryingto apply these measures into the stope area of Xin’an mining coal and a better effect hasbeen gained.
