The occurrence of water bloom is a complex, gradual process, and response toeutrophication of the ecosystem, which involves various factors. This paper in accordancewith water bloom characteristics, causes, formation process, established a model based onpetri nets, bloom formation mechanism, fuzzy theory, which described in the formation ofwater blooms.First simulate the process of water bloom formation by chemical experiments, masterthe basic law of the formation of water blooms, find the factors of water bloom formation,then using rough set theory to analyze experimental data, finally to obtain the factors ofModeling required.Through the simulation and analysis of the process of water bloom formation bychemical experiments, understanding the formation of water bloom of nonlinear andcomplexity, while the Petri net is a logic-level description of the dynamics of complexsystems modeling tools, it is suitable to describe the parallel and asynchronous events, candescribe the complex systems function, structure, dynamic behavior of the system, thesystem and between the various parts of the interaction between environment and may bethat the system concurrency, synchronization, conflict and the causal dependency and inthe form of network diagrams, simple and intuitive to simulate the dynamic characteristicsof discrete events. So the use of Petri net modeling can be clear, straightforwarddescription of the formation of water blooms.Finally, ARM92440embedded system board as the core development platform,which integrated multi-parameter water quality sensors, GPS satellite positioning module,GPRS wireless transmission module, through C++language to achieve the model of theformation of water blooms, develope human-computer interface by VC2005, integratedwith real-time data acquisition, wireless networks, intelligent data processing and manyother fast techniques to develope Intelligent Instrument for water quality...
