Based on medium-and-long term railway network planning,Chinese high-speed railway is entering the new age with the eight vertical and eight horizontal lines as the symboL The number of high-speed railway passenger station and the passenger capacity of high-speed railway are growing quickly with the rapid development of Chinese high-speed railway.In the meantime,the pressure of safety management in high-speed railway passenger station is also increasing accordingly.Therefore,researching on the safety risk assessment and control optimization of high-speed railway passenger station will be propitious to find and eliminate risks;and it also has a vital significance on improving the level of safety risk management of high-speed railway passenger station.This paper consisted of seven chapters.Chapter one introduced the background and significance of this subject,did literature review and determined research route and research method of this paper.Chapter two elaborated the relevant theories of safety risk assessment and safety risk control of high-speed railway passenger stations respectively;then the methods of safety risk assessment and control were determined according to the features of operation organization in high-speed railway passenger station.Chapter three identified the sources of risk events with fault tree theory;safety risk index system based on the sources of risk events can be built and all the selected indexes were quantified and classified.Chapter four selected fuzzy Petri net with dynamic weights for building up safety risk assessment model of high-speed railway passenger station;the fault tree of risk events was mapped into the fuzzy Petri net;the model was solved with the matrix reasoning algorithm and simulation in Stateflow.Chapter five studied on sercurity risk control optimization of passenger transport in high-speed railway passenger statioa This paper built the sercurity risk control optimization model with the minimun sercurity level and minimum sercurity risk cost as the objective.The constraints of this model include the minimum requirement of sercurity risk and maxmum requirement of cost budget.the particle swarm optimization was designed accordingly for solving the model.Chapter six did empirical research on the safety risk assessment of Shijiazhuang station by using the fuzzy Petri net with dynamic weights and received the risk level of passenger operation in Shijiazhuang station.Based on the assessment,this paper studied on sercurity risk control optimization,aiming at the crowding and tread accident in Shijiazhuang station.The control results of several schemes were compared and the optimal sercurity risk control scheme was received.The result of empirical strudy was in accordance with the reality and it validated the validity and accuracy of the model according to the relevant projects.Chapter seven summarized this paper and did further expectation.
