Information Processing Displaying System on Urban Disaster is mainly used in government information construction and emergency response to disasters. It can help government and organizations to capture, publish, and update the information of disaster. It can also help them to make the right coordinated decision soon after the disaster. As the disposed objects of disaster processing system are random and multiple, the environment of the disaster is complex and the process of the disaster involves the coordinated efforts of relevant organizations, it is difficult to collect disaster information and make disposing decisions. In recent years, Wireless sensor network system for disaster relief model is widely concerned and used. In order that the disaster processing system can be applied in a variety of disaster management, real-time monitoring and controlling, intelligent dispatch and resource allocation have been researched and improved. However, these improvements require additional hardware support or measurements in advance, which are not suitable for dynamic environments and relatively complex environments in remote areas. In this paper, the author has made comparative analysis of the weaknesses lying in various localization algorithms, proposed a new positioning model based on PDS Forecasting Theory. This model focuses on the calculation of the localization of the unknown node by the commuicating messages sent between the known seed nodes and the unknown ones on the presupposition that the unknown and the known seed nodes are both moving. Then, with information about disasters obtained by the remote satellite sensing technology, the disaster can be assessed by using the data fusion algorithm. In addition, the paper also presents the framework of disaster management system, and the algorithm for the shortest path. Furthermore, this model uses Google API technology to achieve real-time display of geographic information and puts forward the simulation algorithm to avoid traffic jams on the basis of the Google Map. This paper ends up with the release of disaster in images, charts, so as to help the deciders make decisions quickly and effectively.
