Scheme of a new type and energy saving pump unit system is presented in allusion to these problems of beam-pumping unit, such as long driving chain, poor flexibility and low efficiency, stoke and time of stoke discommodious regulated. It is driven by linear induction motor (LIM) that is designed by "the principle of electrical cannon"; At the base of vector control of revolving induction motor, and considering the special brim effect, appropriate mathematics model of LIM for vector control is established and simulated in the software MATLAB/SIMULINK. The result of simulation indicates that the system has excellent speed regulating and response of electromagnetic force; Scheme of simulating experment for the new type pump unit is presented. The electro circuit for variable frequency controll is designed. The experment system of the type pump unit that based on the LIM is installed and debugged, and gone along the experment research. The result of experiment indicates that the purpose of saving energy and speed calculate of LIM is attained by calculating the AC transducer, at the same time the correctness of simulation model is validated.
