At present, the problem of urban air become a hot issue solved. Emissions of volatileorganic compounds (VOCs) have a great impact on air quality, but there are still a lot of issueson VOCs control, including the identification and control of pollution sources, optimized controltechnology, management, policy and strategy formulation. To solve these problems have a vitalrole in the improvement of the regional ambient air quality.Based on the current situation of VOCs pollution sources and emission status is unclear,thepaper first identification of pollution sources. Identify the VOCs pollution sources is the basis ofVOCs management control. Tianjin as an example, the use of emission factors to estimate theVOCs emissions,and the VOCs pollution sources emission inventory in Tianjin isestablished.This provide for the establishment of VOCs in the national air pollution regional jointprevention and control of pollution sources inventory management system theorybasis.At thesame time, Comprehensive the VOCs major governance technology of domestic andinternational, analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the varioustechnologies, applicable conditions. Pave the way for technological improvements.Because the current of VOCs control strategy in China has not yet formed system, learnfrom the papers and learning more mature air pollution control strategies, the use of the systemon ideology, select indicators from economic, social and environmental aspects, and volatileorganic compounds control strategy evaluation index system,then using the fuzzy analytichierarchy process method to build VOCs control strategy evaluation model.This dissertation puts forward the following several proposals based on the analysis of theresults of the evaluation model:The first in policy is to rich the atmosphere for enhancing its operability in the volatile organic compound.The second is to improve the environmental qualitystandards and improve the the volatile organic compounds surveillance system.The third is toimprove the air pollution control of economic policy.In terms of technology,this paper putforward the following proposal:To improve regional air quality testing management system,toreduce vehicle exhaust emissions,to control regional biomass sources in order to reduce theemission of the volatile organic compounds.
