Delong Cab Floor Stringer Application Research Of Robotic Welding Workstation

In the Delong cab production process, the floor rail welding quality is related to the entire cab safety and reliability,and the numerous welding lines,become the bottleneck process in the production of the Delong cab assembly.Analyzing the characteristic of the Delong cab floor stringer welding process, combined with welding robot processing characteristic and welding process and requirements of the production program, the Delong floor stringer welding robot workstation designing focus on the design of whole robot workstation, the control system of the work station, the method of robot arc welding and welding process parameter selection which are the key technology to research, proposed the solutions for the arc welding robots in the Delong cab floor stringer. Finally summarizes the welding robot in welding workshop application experience and existing problems.The application of this robot workstation improves the Delong cab floor rail welding quality and productive efficiency, reducing the intension of the working labor and accommodating to the characteristic of the multiform productions, meanwhile bringing the hugeness economical benefit to the company.
