Research On Ansai-Yongping Crude Oil Pipeline Operation Risk Management Of Yanchang Petroleum

The operation of the oil pipeline is a complicated system engineering, its across the highway, railway, rivers, farmland, villages and complex environment, involving oil source supply, heat source, power supply, the equipment, the weather and other factors, lack of any minute part of them can be caused by major accidents, therefore, It is very important practical applications to further study on the pipeline operation of all kinds of risk factors and evaluate them, and realize to control the targeted management.Ansai-Yongping crude oil pipeline belong to Yanchang Petroleum Group Pipeline transportation company,and its oil pipeline is located in the northern Shaanxi, its elevation changes is big, the pipeline is small diameter, there are many insertion point in this pipeline. It is colder in winter, and oil source supply don’t balanced. In addition, the pipeline of the oil depot not built, it is very difficult to supply crude oil when it rains or snows, affect. On the other hand, there are all kinds of the third party external disturbance, and the power is poor reliability in countryside of the northern Shaanxi, those factors bring potential hazard on the safety operation of the pipeline. Applied risk analysis theory in Ansai-Yongping crude oil pipeline management, studied the original actual operation statistical data as the foundation, we can get the weight of each risk factor. From weight of risk factors can provide guidance idea on the pipeline management, thus we can get a kind of new management way.The development of the Grey theory and its practical application of operation management provide new ideas for pipeline management. Compared the Grey theory analysis with the probability analysis, the Grey theory’s advantage is effective treatment about "small sample, poor information" sample space. The operation of the oil pipeline is a complex system, the system of information, part has known, part has unknown, and it is fits of information processing with the Grey system theory.In this paper, based on the Grey theory processing methods, analyzed the Ansai-Yong ping crude oil pipeline operation status by combining recorded statistics and risk tree (fault tree) analysis method. At the same time, using the way that elided secondary contradictions and seized the main contradiction. In order to ensure the safety of the pipeline and stable and efficient operation, the paper has given the weight of each operational risk factor and pipeline operation management advice.
