In view of low production and low system efficiency, and on the basic deeply analyzing production energy consumption component of pumping wells, several respects are explored and studyed, such as optimization technigue of simulation, testing and computational method and chiefly effect factors of pumping system efficiency, in order to decrease field operation labor intensity boost testing rationality and raise pumping system efficiency in low-permeability oilfield.On the basis of comprehensively researching chiefly factors that effect the system efficiency. Through deeply analyzing the point of suspension movement rule and the crank movement rule and the rod string vibration rule of the beam pumping unit. The bootstrapping mathematical model of rod pump wells is founded and optimization bootstrapping and evaluaterating technigue of system efficiency are developed, which effetively decreases the field testing labor intensity.As for as the low production and intermittent production in low-permeability oilfield,the field testing method of the system efficiency is improved and two field testing and computational methods are initially formed which are the production cycle semi-length encrypting method and two points method of average.Those testing methods improve the testing accuracy and speed of the system efficiency and offer good technical support to develop better study work of the system efficiency.According to the production energy consumption composition of the rod pumped wells and refer to low production and the direction well development of low-permeability oilfield,the main influencing factor of the system efficiency is quantitatively determined and the technical countermeasure is launched to raise the filling level of the deep well-pump.5028wells were optimal regulated in the oil field,and the average system efficiency was improved2.4percent,and40000degree electricity was saved daily,and8million cost was saved yearly.
