| In China,industrial green development is an inevitable choice to enhance the overall competitiveness of industry,realize industrial modernization and sustainable development of industrial economy.In recent years,Guizhou’s industrial economy has made remarkable achievements,but it still faces the pressure of industrial technological innovation,industrial structure transformation and green development.On this basis,it is of great significance to analyze the current situation of industrial green development in Guizhou Province,calculate the efficiency of industrial green development in Guizhou Province,and study the influencing factors,which will help realize the industrial green development and high-quality economic development in Guizhou Province.First of all,the evaluation methods of industrial green development efficiency and the main influencing factors at home and abroad were systematically sorted out,and the concepts related to industrial green development were defined under the guidance of sustainable development theory,circular economy theory and industrial ecology theory.Subsequently,based on the industrial development status of Guizhou Province,the evaluation index system of industrial green development efficiency was constructed.The SBM model was used to measure the industrial green development efficiency of 9cities and prefectures in Guizhou Province from 2011 to 2018,and the horizontal comparison was made with other 29 provinces and cities in China.The Malmquist index was used to analyze the time series of industrial green development efficiency of various cities and prefectures in Guizhou Province,and the efficiency change trend of9 cities and prefectures in Guizhou Province was analyzed from the dynamic perspective.It is concluded that :(1)The industrial green development efficiency of Guizhou Province is at a higher level in Southwest China,showing an increasing trend on the whole,and all cities and prefectures except Bijie City show an increasing trend;(2)Zunyi,Guiyang and Liupanshui are at the forefront of the annual average efficiency of industrial green development,while Anshun,Bijie,Tongren,Qianxinan,Qiandongnan and Qiannan are in the non-frontier areas,and the growth trend of industrial green development efficiency in each city and prefecture is relatively good.Secondly,the influencing factors of industrial green development efficiency are analyzed from five aspects: economic growth,technological progress,industrial structure,environmental regulation and system innovation.It is concluded that :(1)Economic growth,technological progress and institutional innovation all have a significant positive effect on the industrial green development in Guizhou Province,and the empirical results of different regions are relatively close;(2)There is a significant negative correlation between industrial structure,environmental regulation and industrial green development,and there is a significant regional heterogeneity.Finally,on the basis of empirical research,the paper puts forward policy suggestions from five aspects: improving the level of regional scientific and technological innovation,optimizing the industrial structure,increasing the degree of openness,improving environmental regulation policies,and building the inter-city cooperation mechanism. |
