Research On CNC Machining System And Integration Technology Under Networked Manufacturing Environment

Under the environment of networked manufacturing, the NC machining process ofthe manufacturing execution in the production cycle can’t meet the requirement of thenetworked manufacturing. The NC machining process system and the integrationtechnology are the keys to achieve collaborative manufacturing between enterprises basedon the networked manufacturing.After analyzed the importance of network collaborative manufacturing and the NCmachining resources of the enterprises, the necessity of researching the NC processingsystem under the networked manufacturing environment is presented. Combining theproject of the Ministry of Education, the paper has researched the structure of NCmachining system and integration technology under the networked manufacturingenvironment. The member enterprises can use the core NC machining resources of remoteenterprises under networked manufacturing environment. The NC machining tasks aremade by network and the networked NC machining processes are finished. So theenterprises can respond to market opportunities quickly.Applying the characteristics of the networked manufacturing mode, the paperestablished the system structure of NC machining system under networked manufacturingenvironment. The operating mode of the NC machining system under networkedmanufacturing environment was described by functional model, information model,resource model, organization model, process model and so on.The task decomposition problem under the networked manufacturing environmentwas researched through the methods of project management work breakdown structure(WBS) and modular, and the task was assigned by the method of multi-objective contractnet protocol. The optimization reconstruction methods were researched which include thethe production planning, workshop scheduling, optimization of the CNC machiningresources. The CNC machining process integration technology was studied. Thefunctional integration and information integration of collaborative manufacturing processbetween union enterprises was completed.Based on the studied theory, the ASP.NET was used to complete the designing anddeveloping some function modules of NC machining system under networkedmanufacturing environment.
