Study On DNC Communication Technology And Resource Sharing Oriented Networked Manufacturing.

Networked manufacturing, as a running mode of network economy, has been widely adopted in all sorts of links of enterprise production. A networked manufacturing mode oriented to rapid responsive mechanism is needed to be built to meet the requirement of the market. DNC (Direct Numerical Control or Distributed Numerical Control) oriented to networked manufacturing (NetWorked_DNC) has become a major mode of numerical control information integration and equipment integration, which provides an effective method for NC machine connection, NC code transmitting and NC resource sharing. This paper focuses on the DNC communication technology under networked manufacturing environment, at the same time, the NC resource sharing platform is constructed.Based on the analyses of Ethernet characteristic, the possibility of Ethernet using in DNC communication can be assured. The communication structure and the implementary structure are constructed. Using the BL2100 SCM with serial port and Ethernet interface as the serial server, the network connection of NC machine is realized.Based on the function of DNC communication platform, using the program interface Socket provided by Windows, the DNC communication platform is realized using Visual C++. The maching of NC code transmitting rate is resolved via construcing NC code transmitting regulation.Considering the communication requirement of serial server, using theμC/OS-Ⅱreal-time embedding operating system supporting Preemptive multitasking, the core design of the DNC server is realized under the Dynamic C Premier software developmeng envirement.Using the network architecture of B/S mode which includs three layers, ASP technology and ADO dynamic database access technology, the NC resource sharing platform is created, data base management of NC machine and network issue are also realized. At the same time, the utilization rate of NC machine is improved effectively via NC code simulation and transmitting in long-distance.A Experiments have been conducted to prove the practicability of Ethernet using in DNC. The using of DNC communication technology proves to be fesible and reliable.
