In recent years, rubber seed oil has been widely used in chemical industry, new energy industry, food and medical industry as a new type of fuel resources. With the rubber seeds to be material, this paper deals with the study of the technology of rubber seed oil extraction and refinement, and oxidation stability during the storage.First the effect on oil extraction ratio and cyanogenic removal ratio from rubber seed oil with different methods included sohlet extraction, solvent extraction, ultrasonic extraction and two-liquid-phase extraction have been compared, result showed that the two-liquid-phase extraction can reduce the cyanide content mostly with oil extraction ratio satisfactory.Response surface method was used in optimization the simultaneous extraction of oil and cyanogenic glycosides from rubber seeds by two-liquid-phase system of hexane-ethanol-water. The effects of hexane-solid ratio, ethanol-solid ratio and time on the extraction of oil and cyanogenic glycosides from rubber seeds were studied by Central Composite design. Equations were as follows, oil extraction ratio=39.7559+4.3568A+0.1432B+0.1972C-0.3750AB-0.1365AC+0.0180BC-2.8451A2+0.4430B2-0.3121C2, R2=0.9702, cyanogenic removal ratio=90.5856+0.4557A+0.6254B+0.4318C+0.3586AB+0.0739AC+0.1314BC-0.1200A2-0.2278B2-0.2738C2, R2=0.9222. The extraction rates of oil was41.92%and the cyanogenic glycosides was91.11%respectively under the optimum conditions, hexane-solid ratio6.26:1, ethanol-solid ratio8.36:1, time79.11min, temperature55℃, ethanol concentration70%, and the error value was only0.5%-1.0%, shows the equations were matching.The orthogonality experiment was used in optimization of simultaneous deacidification and degumming from rubber seed oil by diethanol amine. The effects of amount of diethanol amine, time and temperature were studied. The acid value of rubber seed oil was1.0mg/g(KOH) and the phosphorous content was40mg/kg respectively under optimum conditions, amount of diethanol amine3.5%, time60min, temperature30℃.Decolorization from rubber seed oil was optimized by activated clay with orthogonality experiment. The effects of amount of activated clay, time and temperature were studied. The decoloration ratio was above90%and the recovery was85%under optimum conditions, amount of activated clay20%, time20min, temperature40℃.Low-temperature, opaque background and vacuum-pumping are advantageous during the storage of rubber seed oil while composite antioxidant and synergist can mitigate the oxidation better. The combination of composite antioxidant and synergist is,0.015%TBHQ+0.005%BHT+0.02%VC from the result of experiment.
