| With the gradual increase in the awareness of the community to protect the atmos-phere, standards industrial exhaust emission concentration were becoming increasingly strict, that the traditional electrostatic precipitators and bag filter can’t meet the requi-rments, electrostatic fabric composite filter was new dust removal equipment that both organic combination emerged in recent years, research of its cleaning control system to improve the efficiency of dust collector has an important significance.Filtering and cleaning are two most important process of dust removal equipment, cleaning system play an important role in electrostatic fabric composite filter, cleaning system design directly affect the efficiency of its work. This article studied the method of dust control system on the basis of the analysis major cleaning method and cleaning process of electrostatic fabric composite filter,and designed monitoring system using Siemens S7-200series PLC, and Willen through touch screen.Firstly paper analyzed the parameters of the electrostatic fabric composite filter, select the embedded electrostatic fabric composite filter, analysis of the main factors affecting the electric fabric composite filter cleaning system, designed the general sch-eme of the dust control system. Then studied the control of the filter cleaning process, and the matrix control method of the implementing agencies in the cleaning system and implement of the cleaning procedures in the PLC. After that, designed the dust control parameters blur correction controller and simulation.Lastly progremmed under control procedure and upper control interface using the software Step7-Micro/WIN and Easy-Builder8000.The cleaning control system of electric fabric composite filter studied in the paper, modified the ash cleaning parameters by flue gas volume change, control more reliable, is able to adapt to different conditions better. |
