The AM fungi diversity, the number of soil microorganisms and soil factors of spoibank were studied in Inner Mongolia HeiDaigou opencast coal mine. The following conclusions can be acquired by this study:1. Fiveteen species of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi were isolated from the sample plots which were revegtated from2005to2009.15species belong to4genus,3species belong to Acaulaspora,8species belong to Glomus、2species belong to Scutellospora.2species belong to Funneliformis.12species of these have been identified except the Acaulaspora sp1、A. sp2and Glomus sp1. Glomus is the dominant genera in all the sample plots.2. The soil microbial quantities of different reclamation time samples are characterized by:bacteria> actinomyces> fungi. With the increase of soil depth, three kinds of soil microbial number decreases. In the different sample plots, the relationship both between the soil microbial number with soil depth and between the enzyme activity with soil depth have the significant difference (p<0.05). The microorganism quantity and enzyme activity in the revegetated sample plots are all higher than the unrevegetated sites.3. In the different revegetation sample sites, the spore density and species abundance of AM fungi are positively correlated to the density and coverage of vegetation (p<0.05). Spore density of AM fungi has the positive correlationship with the bacteria number, and the correlationship was significant in2006and2009sample plots (p<0.05). Spore density of AM fungi was positively correlated to the number of the actinomycetes, and the relationship were significantly in2007、2009and CK sample plots (p<0.05). Spore density of AM fungi is negatively correlated to the number of fungi, the correlativity reach the significant level(p<0.05) in2008samples plots. The diversity of AM fungi associated with soil enzyme activity and soil factors all didn’t reach the significant level.4. With the revegetation, the diversity of AM fungi and the quantity of soil microorganism increase, the soil enzyme activity and soil factors are improved in the spoilbank of HeiDaigou opencast coal mine.
