In this paper, our experimentations were made up of two parts. In the first part,we used SbCl3, NaCl, water, citric acid and polyvinylpyrrolidone to synthetizeSb4O5Cl2nano-materials in situ synthesis. And we can obtain two shapes ofSb4O5Cl2nano-materials by adjusting the ratio of the concentration of SbCl3andNaCl. When the ratio was1:5, we can obtain flower cluster shape by the nanorodsself-assembled. While the ratio was added to1:200, we can get block shape bynano-thin layered self-assembled. What’s more, the heat-reflectivities of the twoshapes of nano-materials are all high. And the heat-reflectivity can be improved by5-15%compared with ordinary titanium dioxide. The heat-reflectivity of the formeris5%higher than the latter, and the highest heat-reflectivity can reach to90%. Wemixed acrylic resin, hexamethylenetetramine, ethanol absolute with Sb4O5Cl2nano-materials, then we tested their heat-reflectivity. The result was same. The heat-reflectivity was improved5-15%, and the insulating temperature can decreased12.9℃compared with ordinary coatings. These materials can be applied inbuildings’exterior roofs and surface insulation, etc.In the second part, we used SbOCl, Mg(OH)2, Y2O3to modify aluminium silicate(aluminium silicate is replaced by TK101in order to better writting) in microemulsionco-precipitation method and we can obtain SbOCl-TK101, Mg(OH)2-TK101,Y2O3-TK101composite materials. These composite materials not only have higherheat-reflectivity but also have certain inflaming retarding effect, and can bedispersed into resin uniformly. The heat-reflectivities are all higher than80%withinthe wavelength250nm-1500nm. Compared with microsphere insulting coatings, theinsulating temperature can be decreased4-5℃. Because of relatively simplepreparation process, which can be widely applied to production.
