In recent years, the packaging industry of corrugating machine has received greatdevelopment in China. In the background of recycling economy and environmental protection,carton boxes has to be low-quantitative and high-strength to have better development space.This makes it urgent for the need of advanced production line of corrugated board incorrugating machine packaging industry of our country.The corrugating machine is the key part on the corrugated board production line, andcorrugated roller mechanism is at the heart of the corrugating machine. This paper analysisthe change patterns of corrugated roller center distance in the ideal mesh circumstance. Basedon the vibration theory, corrugated roller mechanism’s spring-quality-damping model wasbuilt. With the model equation solving, vibration characteristics of motor roller workingprocess was got. Through the practical analysis, the model was proved right compared withthe curve of the center distance change of the virtual prototype simulated by ADAMS.Spiral cutter shaft is the functional element of transverse cutting machine. This paperfirst analysis the different effects of different cutter shaft helical angle to cutter assemblystress and derives the formula of cutting force faced by cutter when it is working. It alsoanalysis the relationship between helical angle and cutting force, and confirms the best rangeof helical angle. Second, through the dynamical balance computation of cutter shaft constructand simulation conformation, this paper put forwards a symmetrical cutter shaft construct. Inthe last, this paper computes the dynamic deflection and static deflection and obtains theresult of acting effects of cutter length, quality, rigidity and cross-sectional characteristics tocutter flexural deflection. Based on the results, this paper proposes that properly increasingthe thickness of tool apron is an effective way to decrease cutter shaft dynamic deflection.The control of constant tension of corrugating medium directly influences the quality ofprocessing paperboard. This paper builds a mathematical model about the medium tensionand analysis the major factors of it. This paper proposes a fuzzy adaptive PID control systemof medium tension and designs the controller. Through the simulation, we get the responsecurve of system tension and confirm that the control model has a quick response, withoutovershoot and a strong antijamming capability. Through analyses of kinematics and dynamics of core structures in the corrugated boardproduction line, this paper proposes a improvement plan and provides theoretical foundationand reliable reference data for the R&D of efficient production equipments of producinglow-weight, high-strength corrugated boards.
