The glued aluminum honeycomb has been widely used in the transportation industry, household appliances, lighting industry, the furniture industry, the audio industry, decorative materials, construction and other industrial fields, because of its light weight, low density, high strength, rigidity, stable performance and good tear resistance etc. However, the low strength of the adhesive at the node thermal, insufficient of mechanical properties, the irregularity of aluminum honeycomb lattice, the short of life, and the working environment are influenced by the characteristics of the adhesive which appeared in many areas, limiting the scope of its application. Therefore, in order to improve its existing deficiencies, so the preparation method of the ultrasonic welding of aluminum honeycomb core is put forward. Through the new technology of ultrasonic welding aluminum honeycomb core, the welded joints can form metal molecules melt crystallization the node thermal strength, its mechanical properties much better than the adhesive honeycomb core.In this thesis, utilizing aluminum foil as the raw materials, applying metal plastic precision molding method to prepare corrugated aluminum foil, using ultrasonic metal welding technology to prepare aluminum honeycomb core, the corrugated aluminum foil forming method and ultrasonic welding aluminum honeycomb technology are researched. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Researched on corrugated aluminum foil forming methods, the main research of forming process corrugated aluminum foil, the functional relationship between the pitch circle radius and the tooth apex angle data have been obtained by simulation and polynomial curve regression function, and further rebound angle formula derived. Metal plastic forming finite element analysis software for numerical simulation of its corrugated aluminum foil forming process, determine the main parameters of the tooth and the structural design of the forming die.(2) With a rolling bending method to prepare corrugated aluminum foil, according to the research method for forming corrugated aluminum foil as a guide for the design and manufacture of corrugated aluminum foil forming apparatus. Forming and roll bending experiments of corrugated aluminum foil to measure the geometric data size of the corrugated aluminum foil, and compared with corrugated aluminum foil theoretical design values. Grouped and data processing by measured data, summarizing the various factors that may affect the quality of the corrugated aluminum foil forming. (3) By ultrasonic of manual welding aluminum honeycomb core initial test, studying the principle of ultrasonic welding aluminum honeycomb core, data measurement and data analysis of the aluminum honeycomb core preliminary test, compared and analyzed with the aluminum honeycomb theoretical design values, summed up each kinds of ultrasonic welding aluminum honeycomb core quality factors.(4) The structural design of the automatic ultrasonic welding aluminum honeycomb core device, a preliminary test of the ultrasonic welding aluminum honeycomb core as a reference, the main factors affecting the ultrasonic welding of targeted has been researched, the corresponding solutions and key components have been focused of discussion and analysis, and the mechanical structure of automatic welding equipment has been designed and draft.Researched on initial test of the corrugated aluminum foil preparation and ultrasonic manual welding aluminum honeycomb core, providing some theoretical analysis and experimental data for the automatic ultrasonic welding research development and industrial production welding of aluminum honeycomb aluminum honeycomb, and automatic ultrasonic welding aluminum honeycomb core technology to carry out more in-depth research and application prospects have also been discussed.
