Heteropoly acid supramolecular compounds due to their structural diversity, uniquenessin materials, medicine, catalysis and biology etc and are widely used in the field and get a lotof research. Especially for high toxicity and biological degradation of pollution of hard to dyehas good degradation effect.Transition metal monosubstitued Heteropoly silicotungstic supermolecule compoundswith Keggin structure (HGly)5[Co(H2O)NiWllO39]·14H2O,(HGly)5[Co(H2O)Zn WllO39]·14H2O,(HGly)3PW12O40·9H2O,(HGly)3PMo12O40·13H2O were synthesized. The supermoleculecompounds were characterized by means of IR, UV, XRD diffraction characterizationmethods of structure determination. The results showed that: through electrostatic interactionsbetween ions are combined, while the formation of the new compounds, but still maintain theoriginal compounds in two kinds of main compounds of the structure skeleton. Using alpha(HGly)5[Co(H2O)NiWllO39]·14H2O,(HGly)5[Co(H2O)ZnWllO39]·14H2O,(HGly)3PW12O40·9H2O,(HGly)3PMo12O40·13H2O on the degradation of methylene blue as the simulation oforganic dye pollutants.The experimental results show that the effect of dyes, photocatalytic properties that thedecolorization rate of factors: the catalyst amount, initial MB concentration and initial pHvalue. The results show that the synthesis of Amino acid Heteropoly acid with goodphotocatalytic properties, optimal reaction conditions:(HGly)5[Co(H2O)NiWllO39]·14H2O thehighest decolorization rate reached84.55%, the amount of catalyst6mg, pH value about4,dye concentration of6mg/L,the time about200minute.
