The open pit mine production scheduling system is the core of mine production,and the production efficiency and benefit of open pit mine are directly affected by theoptimization of production scheduling system. The production scale of open pit mineis large, production sites are dispersed, and the production process is not easilymastered in real time. To achieve the flexible management of the open pit mineproduction scheduling system, the open pit mine production scheduling system shouldhave the characteristics of local self-government and distributed decision-making. Italso can help mining enterprises to achieve a higher level of automation anddigitalization. So the multi-agent technology is applied to the open pit mineproduction scheduling system. It expands and improves the function of the open pitmine production scheduling system. The main contents of research are as follows:(1) According to the production process of open pit mine and the theory ofmulti-agent, the open pit mine production scheduling system based on multi-agenttechnology is built. The system was divided into5single-agents: Task agent,Production Scheduling agent, Blasting agent, Transport agent and Crushing agent.Every single agent has the capacity for self-government, and the relationship of themis mutual constraint and mutual coordination.(2) The internal structure of the five single agents is built based on the agenttheory. Every single agent has the different functions, and its internal structure is alsodifferent. The internal structure of each agent is built according to the structure of thedeliberative agent and reaction agent. The reasoning decision module of agent isestablished by GA-ANFIS algorithm, conventional modeling method and theimproved particle swarm optimization. (3) Among agents and between the single agent and the environmentcommunicate with the blackboard model. The initial data and processing results wereput into a shared area in every single agent, and the required data is obtained by everyagent in the blackboard. The system is coordinated by partial global planning (PGP).(4) The mine open pit mine production scheduling system based on multi-agenttechnology is established according to the actual production. According to the data ofthe mine, the constraints among agents and the system operation process are set.Production scheduling system is simulated by MATLAB software, and productionscheduling scheme of the mine is obtained.Open pit mine production scheduling system is established based on multi-agenttheory, and the simulation of production scheduling system is achieved based on amine production. The optimal production scheduling scheme is obtained, productioncosts is reduced and efficiency of mining production is improved. The result providescertain reference value for the enactment of the mine production scheduling program.
