With the transformation of new and old kinetic energy and the release of the target of "made in China 2025",green and intelligent will become the development theme of the mining industry in the future.With the characteristics of low energy consumption and zero emission,the scale of new energy electric mine cars is increasing rapidly in the mine.However,there is little research on the application of lorry arranging problem based on the characteristics of oil and electricity hybrid.At the same time,the existing lorry allocation mode is mostly mobile lorry allocation mode,and the lorry allocation is relatively fixed in the optimal arranging,which is more in line with the actual needs of mine production.Based on the analysis of the traditional multi-objective model of rolling stock managing in open-pit mine,this paper presents an majorization model of rolling stock managing in open-pit mine,which takes into account the actual situation of mine production and the supply of oil and power rolling stocks.The model is solved by the mend artificial fish swarm algorithm,which supplies a fresh opinion for settling the arranging matter of oil and electricity mixed rolling stock in metal open pit mine.The main work includes four portions in the below:(1)This paper surveys the research on lorry arranging majorization in open-pit mine,analyzes the current condition of oil and power mixed rolling stock managing in open pit mine,and surveys the lorry arranging pattern in open-pit mine,which provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of a multi-objective majorization pattern of lorry arranging in open-pit mine considering the supply of oil and power mixed rolling stocks and taking into account both fixed and motor rolling stocks.At the same time,the paper surveys the multi-objective artificial fish swarm algorithm,which lays a theoretical foundation for proposing adaptive artificial fish and step size and solving the arranging pattern of oil and electric rolling stocks in metal open pit mine.(2)The shortcomings of traditional multi-objective arranging pattern for lorry arranging in open-pit mine are analyzed.Based on the current condition of production arranging in open-pit metal mine,this paper analyzes the traditional multi-objective arranging pattern of lorry arranging in open-pit mine.Combined with the actual demand of the mine,with the objective of minimizing the grade deviation rate of open-pit mine,the total carriage cost of lorry and the total waiting time of lorry as the minimum,a multiobjective arranging pattern of lorry arranging in open-pit mine is established,which takes into account the condition of oil and electricity mixed rolling stock supply and takes into account both fixed rolling stock allocation and motor rolling stock allocation Patterning(3)This essay analyzes the effect of the parameters of the essential artificial fish swarm algorithm on the constriction velocity and precision,enhance the mend step size and field of view of the artificial fish to suit step size and field of view,and recommend the artificial fish elimination mechanism.According to the peculiarity of the artificial fish swarm algorithm,united with the practice matter of lorry arranging in open-pit mine,the crux parameters of the algorithm are devised,and the artificial fish swarm algorithm is united with the lorry arranging matter in open-pit mine In this essay,the arranging pattern of oil electric hybrid lorry in metal open pit mine is settled.The outcome authenticate that the majorization influence of the elevated artificial fish swarm algorithm is better.(4)The manufacture arranging of M open-pit mine is majorization by the raised arranging pattern and mend artificial fish swarm algorithm,which supplies a credible solution for the arranging matter.The applying testified that this means can promote the lorry carriage productiveness of open-pit mine,promote the financial benefits of mining establishments,debase the lorry productiveness final cost and dominate the grade unsettle.
