Preliminary Study Of The Shipbuilding Industry Clean Production Evaluation Index System

Nowadays, highlighting in the energy problem and environmental problems, the shipping industry has reached the key period of industry transformation according to its high consumption and pollution. Industry clean production work is an inevitable trend. Because of industry clean production evaluation standard is not clear at this stage of ship either at home or abroad, the purpose of this paper is to build a ship industry cleaner production evaluation index system, apply this evaluation system to evaluate and guide the ship enterprises’clean production work, and offer reference to the relevant laws and regulations possibly in the future.This paper established the ship industry cleaner production evaluation index system, and the hierarchical analysis model based on the expert investigation method to obtain the comparison matrix, calculate the weight coefficient of each factor in the literature and the related laws and regulations to determine the evaluation criteria, through ship enterprise production process and the production link and cleaner production potential of the thorough analysis.Finally evaluated the ship enterprise clean production. The paper also aimed at Dalian shipbuilding industry group co., LTD., used the evaluation system to analysis its clean production. The results proved that this system is effective and feasible. This evaluation system can change ship enterprise production process into value at a glance, also provides a good basis for the ship industry clean production in the future.
