Rencently, Vertical spiral agitating mill which is a major fine grinding equipment has very extensive application in various industries;And it is important to a great extent the economic lifeline of the enterprise for its grinding efficiency.In this paper,it takes the research of flour mill in stable operating state of the spiral stirrer speed and medium ball filling rate on the grinding effect without taking into the consideration of aggregate.The purpose is to verify the previous theoretical studies and coulde play a guiding role through the simulation of realistic grinding production.Based on the type of JM260vertical spiral agitating mill as research object, the experiment through the equal of stress amplification principle and integrated amplifier principle that will be the prototype into simple mill model, based on discrete element simulation software EDEM using total factor grouping design simulation test. The experiment selected agitator speed and medium ball loading rate as test factors, which has combined with the rock breaking theory to aggregate particles and broken the minimum stress limit value as constraint conditions, respectively, selected medium grinding ball in unit time average method to force, mean tangential force, mill unit space collision frequency and medium grinding ball kinetic energy and mill output energy between energy conversion rate of pulverizing effect evaluation index of grinding better working parameters, through the evaluation index is notable the judgement to determine the factors of influence.In the selected test of the best grinding comminution effect simulation group as an example, the selection of different parts of mill through the medium force effect chart and vector map further analyses medium grinding ball smashed effect. Thus for vertical spiral agitating mill structure optimization and optimization of working parameters as well as to the practice production has certain guiding significance.
