The transportation system is an important link in coal mining, and transportation ability reflects the production capacity of mine. Mine car, as one of the main transportation equipment in coal transport system, has the obvious characteristic of the quantities and the broad scope. In addition, its good running condition directly affects transport capacity. In the transport of narrow gauge, whether winch tows, locomotive traction, manpower carts, even skid row, all need to control the car vehicle running resistance coefficient. The study on train running resistance can accurately estimate the traction, which is needed by the train. Then, the power needed by traction device can be estimated.Firstly, this paper conducts theoretical analysis of resistance factors for mining train. Then, with the aid of computer virtual entity model is set up, and with the use of dynamic simulation software mine train operation is simulated. Through simulation experiments, the running resistance coefficient of train is obtained.Based on three dimensional software UG, according to the actual size of tramcar parts and orbital, this paper set up their three dimensional model. After finish assembling, the models are imported into ADAMS software, and the constraint and load, between tramcar parts, wheel and rail, rail and ground, are added. The simulation process of a single tramcar is got. And through using tramcar slope slide experimental method, measuring tramcar-orbit dynamics and kinematics parameter, tramcar running resistance coefficient are obtained. By comparing simulation results and practical experimental results of tramcar running resistance coefficient, this paper adjusts contact and friction parameters of tramcar-orbit parts, so that it can make basic operation resistance coefficient of simulation model close to the actual ones.Finally, basic running resistance coefficient is obtained by using three-ring chain link for tramcar to form a train, exerting traction, simulating its movement process, and analyzing kinematics and dynamics parameters. The works mentioned as above provide a certain basis for the selection of train traction.
