Underground production of coal mine is an important link of coal energy exploitation and utilization in China.Since China is an energy consumption power country with coal mine industry as its pillar of economic development,China has numerous collieries and coal mine enterprises.At present,most of the employees of coal mining in China are mainly university graduates,and the time that students go underground to study in the field is short.In consideration of students' receptivity,it is difficult for them to master the operation procedure and safety rules.In addition,unexpected factors and nonstandard operations can't be corrected in time,and some disasters such as gas explosions,roof caving and other disasters can't be understood,which adds to the difficulty for students to apply what they have learned to avoid potential safety hazard in the process of coal mine.In view of the problems mentioned above,system will introduce the virtual reality technology into the process of underground coal mining.In order to reappear the underground mining process as realistically as possible,the system will use threedimensional modeling and virtual realization and add the disaster accident simulation that may occur in this system.Users can also have an image of the mining process without being able to study in the field,and have a personal feeling about the cause of the coal mine disaster and the result of the disaster.On the basis of discussion and research of China's mining process at present stage and field work for obtaining true information,the popular virtual reality technology will be integrated into the system so that the system can simulate the underground production process in coal mine.Moreover,the system creatively combines mining process,mine accident stimulation and mine safety knowledge,all of which form the system.On the basis of field investigation,virtual mine model and well lane model use 3DS Max as tool to model and take advantage of VRP virtual reality platform to set up the scene,thus achieving the goal of representing real scene.
