| The research is supported by the ShanXi Province Youth Fund project "viscoelastic magnetic abrasive rotating magnetic field inside surface of the hole finishing processing the new technology"(2011021021-4). The project is mainly to explore the method and the preparation process of viscoelastic magnetic abrasives, and study the finishing performance of viscoelastic magnetic abrasives inner and outer surface of shaft parts, flat and irregular complex curved in a rotating magnetic field.Viscoelastic magnetic abrasive finishing is a new type of magnetic finishing. It has the advantages of fluid abrasive of abrasive flow finishing and magnetic grinding abrasive of magnetic abrasive finishing. It doesn’t need to design special fixture when it works and it’s preparation is simple. It can be more effective to solve the elongated tube, outer surface of the ladder shaft, inner surface of ladder hole, blind holes, narrow grooves, curved surface and the profiled surface processing.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1. Construct the viscoelastic magnetic abrasive fluid and math model. Based on the force for single abrasive particle of the viscoelasticity magnetic abrasive and process of finishing, elaborate viscoelastic magnetic abrasive’s finishing mechanism. Propose some performance requirements of viscoelastic magnetic abrasive to satisfy the demand for finishing processing.2. Structure the preparation process of viscoelastic magnetic abrasive:First, coarse and clean the abrasives to get the purer and more grinding performance abrasives; Then mix the magnetic media (Fe) with grinding media (SiC) by V-blender on the CA6140lathe; Then select the low viscosity silicone, PVC, PVC paste resin as the carriers to prepare matrix; Mix matrix and abrasives for4hours by JJ-1mixer, and finally get the preparation of three abrasives.3. By comparing the basic physical properties of three kinds of abrasive and carriers on the thermal conductivity and heat dissipation, mobility, carrier dispersion, metal corrosion and environmental aspects, get the result that PVC paste resin owns the comprehensive optimal performance.4. By finishing experiment on aluminum rod outer circular surface, make the conclusion by comparing of three kinds of abrasive finishing result that: PVC paste resin abrasives decrease the roughness values most, from1.106μm to0.302μm, and has the best improving situation of the roughness profile; Then, make sure the parameters of PVC paste resin viscoelastic magnetic abrasives which include the mass percentage of matrix, Fe powder and SiC mass ratio and particle size. By three factors four levels orthogonal finishing experiment, get the best match:when matrix quality percentage is20%, and mass ratio of Fe and SiC is3:1, and Fe mesh is400and SiC mesh is180.Through the experiments, viscoelastic magnetic abrasives have the simple preparation process. The finishing performance is good, and it has higher application value. Laid a foundation for further research and application. |
