The offshore pollution caused by the high speed of economic growth and industrialization led toShellfish toxins events frequently occurred. The negative influence on food safety because of this has influenced people’s health as well as theexport trade. In shellfish toxins, Diarrhetic shellfish poisoning and paralytic shellfish poison are morecommon and harmful. However, Shellfish toxin detection of single species is relatively common in theworld, while method for detecting multiple toxoid is rare. Pointing at Shellfish toxin residues detection, building the analysis methods for the quick and accurate detection of multiple virus is absolutelypractical. Thus, this paper aims to establish a method for simultaneous detection of multiple shellfishtoxin residues. This study established Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method for Diarrhetic shellfishpoisoning and paralytic shellfish poisoning. The method is extracting the shellfish samples with80%methanol water, oscillating ultrasonic centrifugation, taking supernatant, adding hexane residue to theresidual, mixing up to the top, adding acetic acid to the residue, extracting the second time, Combiningwith the supernatant. The liquid would first pass over the HLB SPE column, and then0.45and0.22μ mmembrane. At this time, the instrumental analysis would be carried out. This paper established method of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry for detecting ofmixed shellfish toxin and also optimized methods parameters. The experiment of recovery andprecision find that the recovery rate of the three kinds of components is between70%and80%, and therelative standard deviation (RSD) is about10%. This is a quick and accurate method which is suitablefor the daily residue analysis. In this study, comparison of a variety of chromatographic column is carried out in order to detectmixed shellfish toxin. The detection of mixed shellfish toxins at the same time was carried out inpretreatment methods through debugging mobile phase. Although taking the two chromatographiccolumns detection ultimately, a series of separation purification methods were used in Pretreatmentmethods and flow phase aiming to increase the purity of test substance. At the same time, highperformance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method was used to validate thefeasibility of the method. This method could be used in scientific research as well as the quick detectionof shellfish toxins. The study above failed to detect several hybrid shellfish toxin simultaneously within onechromatographic column. However, the method and the tried columns would provide references forfuture researches. I hope to find the way to detect several hybrid shellfish toxin simultaneously withinone chromatographic column through future experiments. In this way, effective detection and researchwork would be realized.
