1,4,7-triazacyclononane(TACN) was synthesized as the reaction precursor in this thesis. Adding some cantilever groups on the TACN, four new metal complexes were synthesized by a multi-step method.1,4,7-triazacyclononane (L1);1,4-bis-(benzoimidazole-2-yl-methyl)-7-acetate-1,4,7-triazacyclononane(L2);1,1’-(p-xylyl)-4,7-bis (2-acetate)-1,4,7-triazacyclononane (L4);1,1’-(p-xylyl)-bis (1,4,7-triazacy clononane)(L3), and their complexes [NiL1]Cl,[NiL2]Cl,[NiL4]Cl,[CuL3]Cl were obtained.Those compond were characterized by a varity of methods.Nickel complexes in the urea enzyme catalytic activity and the binding mode of DNA,copper complexes in the SOD and electrochemical properties were studie.X-Ray single crystal diffraction measurements were used to characterize the crystals of [NiL1]Cl,[NiL2]Cl,[NiL4]Cl,and [CuL3]Cl. The crystal ographic date are as follows:The crystals of [NiL1]Cl are Hexagonal, space group R3c, with a=b=7.4931(7) A, c=38.508(4) A,α=β=90°, γ=120°, V=1872.4(3) A3, Z=4, F(000)=984, R10.0152, wR2=0.0398。The crystals of [NiL2]Cl are Monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, with a=9.3586(8), b=24.767(2) A, c=12.6814(11) A, a=90°, p=96.7820(10)°, y=90°, V=2918.8(4) A3, Z=4, F(000)=1440, R1=0.0548, wR2=0.1300。The crystals of [NiL4]Cl are Hexagonal, space group P6(3), with a b=14.3285(10) A,c=36.908(5) A,α=p=90°,γ=120°,V=6562.2(11) A3, Z=2, F(000)=2220, R1=0.0890, wR2=0.2138。The crystals of [CuL3]Cl are Orthorhombic, space group Pbca, with a=7.3848(16), b=13.214(3) A, c=30.218(7)(4) A,α=β=γ=90°, V=2948.7(11) A3, Z=8, F(000)=1296, R1=0.0956, wR2=0.2354。...
