The technology of thermal recovery is progressing rapidly at home and abroad in recent years:steam huff and puff,steam flooding, alkali flooding, polymer flooding, miscible flooding,In-situ combustion, Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage(SAGD) and Horizontal fracture assisted steam flooding technology (FAST) etc are already very mature technologies. The steam huff and puff and steam flood are the main technologies of thermal recovery. This article mainly studies the adjustment development of Badaowan heavy oil formation in Hongyi-6Well Block of Xinjiang oilfield. We have analyzed Badaowan heavy oil formation production dynamic date, evaluated the development effect of it and we also haved analyzed the influence factors of it.Based on these and combined with the reservoir numerical simulation technology, we finally provides a set of recommendations for on-site implementation of recommended programs, which provide technical support for the Badaowan heavy oil formation in Hongyi-6Well Block for improving development effect and EOR.Badaowan heavy oil formation in Hongyi-6Area of Well Block Hongqian-1is located in northwest of Hongshan mouth oilfield which is in northwestern margin of Junggar Basin. Average ground elevation is340m, and mid-depth is540m.The formations from bottom to top in this area are T2ki, T2k2, Jib,Jis, J2X, J2t,J3q and Kitg. The reservoir depth of target Badaowan formation is272-735m and average depth is580m. Widely distributed in the whole Hongyi-6region. T2k1and T2k2are basically in the undeveloped state. Badaowan formation can subdivided into J1b42, J1b41, J1b3, J1b2and J1b1five layers from bottom to top.Jib2and J1b42are the major hydrocarbon containing zone, they have a good continuity of sand body. The rest of the three layers are not development. Badaowan formation has been developed more than10years, but the recovery degree is still low. By February2012, there are114production wells in Badaowan reservoir in Hongyi-6Area, IOIP is152.16×104t. Recovery degree is17.26%. There is a big difference in single well cumulative oil production,range from192to10699t. And currently most of the wells are shut-in, only12wells opened.Frist of all,we analysised the production dynamic data on the basis of the basis of reservoir geological data.We analyzed and summarized the initial and present production status and the production dynamic change rules of each cycles. We compared the development situation with adjacent regions which also have the Badaowan formation. Besides, the effect of geological factors and injection- production parameters on huff and puff were also discussed.With all these analysis and study,we found the low production factor is the main factors of Badaowan reservoir huff and puff effect.Secondly, we finished all single well and field history matching by using the reservoir numerical simulation software CMG.after that,we analyzd the remaining oil distribution characteristics. Combining with the heavy oil reservoir development experience at home and abroad, we did a feasibility analysis for whether Badaowan reservoir can turn steam huff and puff to steam flood. And then,we finished the steam huff and puff parameters optimization about the steam injection intensity, cycle steam injection intensity, liquid production intensity, well bottom steam quality and soaking time by using the orthogonal design. On the basis of the optimal parameters of steam huff and puff,we did the steam flood parameters optimization by the orthogonal design as well, including the steam injection rate, the cycle of conversion of steam huff and puff to steam flood, well bottom steam quality and the production factor. After, studied Badaowan reservoir well pattern thickening, local pattern perfection and horizontal well mixed with vertical well development effect, and according to the situation of steam channeling in steam flooding we also did a steam channeling control research. Taking all the simulation results and the practical situation into consideration finally we summarize the recommended program for the field:one set of well pattern development take turns to develop two formations.By studying the adjustment of development research, we get the following conclusion (1) Badaowan reservoir has114development wells, the average cycle number is4.1, recovery degree is17.26%, only12wells opened, with large exploration potential.(2) Badaowan reservoir recovery degree is low, only17.26%, oil steam ratio is0.22.Remaining oil distribution is not unequal in one layer.Lots of remaining oil distribute in the place between the well, low cycles wells and the place well pattern is imperfect,longitudinally distributed mainly in J1b42layer.(3) There are many factors that influenced the development effect of the group of Badaowan reservoir, among them the reservoir thickness, formation permeability and the injection-production parameters on huff and puff are the key factors. Production factor is too low is the most important reason for its poor development effect.The late development adjustment should be aimed to improve the single well produced fluid volume, increase production factor as the goal.(4) If Badaowan reservoir is developed independently,it is not suitable for Badaowan reservoir do infill development and drill new horizontal well, drilling some new well in the incomplete well pattern area and doing single well horizon adjustment measures can get better development effect and economic benefit.The optimal development plan is:the local well pattern improvement scheme. The steam flood optimum parameters are as follow:turn to steam flood after another cycle of steam huff and puff,well bottom steam quality is0.7, steam injection rate is60m3/d, production factor is1.2. To June2017,the forecast development index are as follows:recovery degree is25.76%, oil steam ratio of0.126.(5)Using the orthogonal design too ptimize the steam stimulation and steam flood parameters can get the optimal parameters combination quickly and efficiently, and the influence between various factors can be considered and avoiding the limitation of the Single factor optimization.6.1f Badaowan reservoir is developed with Kexia reservoir together, the recommended implementation plan is infilled the whole Badaowan reservoir well pattern,the infill well develop Kexia reservoir with steam huff and puff first, late back to develop Badaowan reservoir. Convert into steam flooding after producing by steam stimulation for a cycle. Badaowan reservoir has a deliverability of130000tons and Kexia reservoir has a deliverability of74000tons.
