Along with to go deep and continuously of the research of vibration aided processing,the relevant conclusion shows that by combining the technique of vibration and metal plastic processing during the fabrication, can reduce the surface friction between the blank and die, and can reduce the extrusion pressure. In the past research, are given priority to adopt the mechanical vibration or ultrasonic vibration, they are difficult to achieve a larger vibrate force output and difficult to realize stepless adjustment of frequency and amplitude. However electro-hydraulic vibration instruments have large vibrate force output,and can realize the stepless adjustment of the frequency and amplitude. So will combining the electro-hydraulic vibration exciter and cold extrusion processing technology, under the condition of without increase equipment tonnage, also can extrude difficult forming parts smoothly under normal temperature is more, and it has important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper combining the electro-hydraulic vibration exciter and cold extrusion mould, by the adjustment of frequency and amplitude to find the optimal combination. First of all through the Deform simulation of the system working process and by the method of engineering to calculate force of the working processing and established the mathematical model of the system. Through the experimental to verification. The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1) This paper had expounded the design and characteristic of the vibration cold extrusion system structure, mould design and mechanics check, and made the detailed introduction and analysis of the whole system structure and principle of the experiment.(2) Through the way of engineering analysis to infer mathematical formula of extruded material, and get the extrude pressure. The result can make the contrast with the result of simulation the contrast, and provide reference for the experiment data. And through Deform to simulate two kinds of cold extrusion process,which are with vibration and without vibration,and make the contrast, And on this basis, building on an orthogonal table about the amplitude and frequency, and simulate the data in the table. And finding the optimal frequency and amplitude combination.(3) By establishing the mathematical model of cold extrusion mould with vibration, and to get the system transfer function. On this basis,making the further theory simulation analysis and the experiment analysis of the system for below.(4) Simulating the displacement and stress of the system key parts during the extrusion processing. And through the simulation of MATLAB software to analysis waveform frequency spectrum of the elastic plate under load.(5) Experimental research. Set up the experiment platform, acquisition of experimental data, and analysis the experimental data. Making the comparison between the experimental data and the simulation date, and analyzed the cause of the difference.
