Therefore, the transgenic technology is a "double-edged sword", how to control the double-edged sword, the transgenic technology according to the will of the people to develop, overcome the adverse effects on transgenic technology, also be the key of study on legislation of Bio-Security in GMOs.With the rapid development of modern biotechnology, on Legislation of Bio-Security in GMOs attracted more and more attention of our government.
