Because of the more attention to restoring and improving the ecosystem of resource-exhausted cites which our government and enterprise paid, Pay attention to, the ecosystem services had a significant improvement. We need to analysis the effect of improving of ecosystem services qualitatively and quantitatively, which could help us to make policy decision of ecosystem restore.This thesis aims to the common ecological environment problem of coal mining cites in our country. We selected a typical coal resource-exhausted city named Shizuishan, using the methods of field surveys, remote sensing image contrast analysis and calculations of ecosystem services value quantity, to compare the value of ecosystem service before ecosystem restore and repair at the coal mining subsidence. In particular, we aimed at the coal mining subsidence ecological restoration practical measures adopted by the government and enterprises. We selected to Landsat ETM and TM remote sensing image of2001and2011, and then analyze with the methods of visual interpretation and change monitoring. To analyze the changing of situation of land use in coal mining areas and value of ecosystem services. Make a comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the ecosystem services of ecological restoration project, include successful governance the gangue hill, transformation subsidence area, the establishment of coal mine geological park and make subsidence alteration to ecological wetland.The results are as follows:1. The ecological environment of the research area has been significantly improved by the measure of ecological restoration. The value of before ecological restoration was8.05×105yuan, the value of after ecological restoration was2.15×1O6yuan, a difference of1.34×106yuan. After the resumption of coal mining subsidence the value of ecosystem services increased significantly;2. According to the result of the datas, we suggest that we can perform Shizuishan mining recovery though the value of ecosystem services from large to small. Our conclusions are that the value of ecosystem descending order are wetland> Coal Geological Park> woodland> Residential desert steppe> Subsidence> mining land.3. During the upgrading process the satisfaction of the masses was significantly improve by establishing coal Geopark, the subsidence area transforming to leisure wetlands small park, subsidence relocating of a large number of residents.4. Through land restoration, the value of ecosystem services of post-mining area can improve10time after ecological restoration, especially that the environmental aesthetic function widely recognized by social.
