In order to realize CAPP design information sharing with other information and integration, it is an effective means based on the networked CAPP design scheme. Network CAPP structure should include a repository and editing tool design. Then it can achieve a derived type process design. In this paper, the research content includes:1) Network CAPP system architecture, including three layer logical structure the client, WEB application server and database server based on B/S mode.2) The structure and composition of apparel CAPP, including flow diagram editor, process documents editor, process documents management, template editing, assembly line balance, the repository structure, user management modules and design.3) The key technology of network clothing CAPP.(1) Online text editor. Including information labels’ adding, identification and data storage, etc; The technology of Interactive navigation event; The classification, the generation, storage and loading of template. Highlights including the adding, identification and data storage of the clothing craft information TAB, etc; Navigation events implementation technology; The classification, generation, storage and loading of template.(2) Online graphics editor. Including online graphics’ generation, editing, split, warehousing, etc.(3) The information structure of network clothing CAPP. Including the repository data table, craft a single data table, process management, data table structure, field, and relationship to each other.(4) Information tag technology in the HTML, including information embed tag design, embedded information label data and marking method, information tag data display, information tag data storage technologies.(5) The typical process repository. Process repository data structure; Repository process classification; Typical process audit mechanism and the reuse method.(6) Assembly line balancing algorithm based on equipment load. With floating rate and e quipment load as limiting conditions, set up process merging rules based on mainly process ste p and work process and get optimized scheme. Research machining time chart and simulation i ncluding graphics generation process, the generated content and implementation technology soluti ons.4) The system development scheme. The system structure, module components and integra tion are included.
