| In this study gas purge micro-syringe extraction(GP-MSE) combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of30kinds of pesticides which are belong to9classes. Using this method, we have determined30kinds of pesticides in9ginseng samples grown in Jilin Province. In this study,_simultaneous extraction, purification and detection of multi-pesticide in complex matrices was discussed.The feasibility of GP-MSE combined with GC-MS in the detection of pesticides was discussed.Parameters of GP-MSE including extraction temperature, extraction time, flow rate of nitrogen, condensing temperature and extraction solvent were optimized and select the optimum experimental condition. Parameters of GC-MS was optimized too.The average recovery of spiked samples is89.77%to135.62%, and the relative standard deviation is0.94%to18.95%. |
