Chifeng city in Inner Mongolia autonomous region in southeast, on to zhe Liaoningande Hebei province,at the junction of three provinces. The area is located in northlatitude45°41°17’10"-24’15’, longitude116°21’7’-120°58’52", is located innorthern China patterns. Due to agriculture and animal husbandry ecotone of transitional,borderline, and sensitivity, etc. Reason, make the region a good object of geographicalenvironment change during the period of studying history. Geographical environmentchange in the history of the problem is an important part of the historical geographyresearch study historical geographical environment change problem in a particular area,to study the history of the region has an important supporting role, can help people morecomprehensive understanding of the history of the development of the background; Atthe same time, examines the historical environment in the area of Chifeng vicissitudeprocess, summed up the reasons and regularity of regional environmental change, forenvironmental protection and local economic and social development to provide certainreference.In this paper, using the method of historical documents and on-the-spotinvestigation method, the methods of heat transfer, examines this environmental changesituation of Chifeng region in Ming dynasty, and later, and analyzes the cause of theenvironmental change in the region.Analysis in this paper, the first part of Chifeng area the geographical environment,natural environment and humane environment form the basic process and so on, graspthe characteristics of the region, facilitate for targeted research environment in the region.The second part through the analysis of various data and on-the-spot investigationmethod to establish the environment situation of Chifeng region after the period of Mingdynasty, reconstruct the environment situation in every period of history.In this paper, the third part through the analysis of environmental change situationof Chifeng district has summed up the region environment change reason, analysis thecharacteristics of regional environmental change, and trying to predict the trend ofregional environmental change.
