Citrus is the world’s largest fruit. In recent years, global citrus production is100million tons, the planting area of6.7million hectares. Citrus fruit has high nutritional, medicinal and health care value. Considered as a kind of health food, it attracts much attention from home and abroad. This article aims to citrus automatic, fast peeling provide a new way to solve the problem of citrus processing, but also conducive to the design and manufacture of automatic processing lines, which improve labor productivity, reduce processing costs and improve the competitiveness of China’s citrus in the international market, sustainable development has a very important practical significance to promote the citrus processing industry.This article leniency Citrus reticulata material parameters departure.
