Canned citrus and orange juice beverage retain the original nutritional ingredients and good taste of citrus,and are deeply loved by consumers.With the increase of planting area and yield of Citrus year by year,a large number of fresh citrus fruits need to be processed into canned citrus or orange juice in time.However,due to the high water content of citrus peel,the brittleness of the peel and the difficulty of peeling into pieces,the existing automatic peeling devices have the shortcomings of low peeling rate and high pulp breakage rate.It is imperative to develop an automatic peeling machine for citrus with high peeling rate and low pulp breakage rate.This paper combines the axiomatic design and TRIZ theory to innovate the design of Citrus peeling machine.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The product user demand has strong fuzziness and uncertainty,which has an important impact on the design results.It is an important factor in the fuzzy front-end stage of innovative design.This paper applies Kano model to the fuzzy front-end design stage and determines the product user demand of Citrus peeling machine by designing Kano questionnaire.(2)Axiomatic design provides a design framework for product innovation design,but there are no effective solutions to the coupling problems in the design process.TRIZ theory has many methods to solve the conflict problem.This paper integrates the two theories and constructs an innovative design model of Citrus automatic peeling machine.(3)In view of the shortcomings of the citrus automatic peeling machine,such as low one-time peeling rate and high pulp breakage rate,this paper uses the innovative design model of multi-method integration to carry out innovative design,uses Kano model to get the product user demand of the citrus automatic peeling machine,and combines the zigzag decomposition of axiomatic design,obtains the quasi-coupling design matrix,and decouples it with TRIZ theory.The innovative design scheme of Citrus automatic peeling machine was obtained.(4)In order to measure the merits and demerits of the design scheme of the citrus automatic peeling machine after innovative design,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is proposed after the analysis of common evaluation methods.The method is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of the innovative design scheme of the citrus automatic peeling machine and the appropriate design scheme is selected.
