HPC was known to humans very early as one of the compounds of inorganic polymer, itis a catalyst that have good performance, it can serve as acid-base catalyst、redox-catalyst andbis-function catalyst in homogeneous and heterogeneous systerms. Because of uniquestructural features of heteropoly conpounds, always at the forefront of Multi-acid chemistryresearch, especially in the field of catalysis the research results was focus the world attentionupon, and considered to be one of the most suitable materials in the field of catalyst artificialdesgin.This article used transition metal mono-substituted Keggin structure silicotungstateanions β2-[SiW11CoM(H2O)O39]6-as doping agent and ammonium peroxydisulfate as oxidant,using four differernt methods (in situ polymerization,interfacial polymerization,solid phaseand liquid phase) prepared hybird material β2-SiW11Co/PANI. The materials werecharacterized by IR spectroscopy, UV-Vis, XRD, scanning electron microscopy (SEM),thermogravimetric analysis. the results indicated the materials kept architectural feature ofKeggin structure silicotungstate anions, and proceed effective doping with polyaniline.Meanwhile, the methylene blue solution was photocatalystic degradation by the hybirdmaterials which synthetic by four different methods as catalyst. We investigated whencondition change the photocatalystic degradation influence of methylene blue solution such asthe amount of catalyst, the initial pH and concentration and so on, also comparedphotocatalystic effect between different light sources. The results shows the hybird materialshas better photocatalystic activity. Under the ultraviolet light, the hybird material has the bestphotocatalystic property which synthetic by interfacial polymerization, the optimum reactionconditions were pH is5, initial concentration is10mg/L, the amount of catalyst is5mg; thedegradation effect of hybired amterials apparently highter than PANI and heteropolyacid saltfor methylene blue, the highest degradation ratio attainability91.35%, and the hybirdmaterials also can be recycled repeatedly, a good degradation has been observed afterrecirculation using three times.
