With the increasingly prominent contradiction between the traditional CNCturret-Table and a large of dynamic experiments in the actual production process of theTime Grating displacement sensor is coming,The paper designed a new CNC turretsystem,which is compose of a PMAC motion controller,direct-drive motor movement.theCNC turret system have a friendly man-machine interface and better control performance.If there is different experiment of time grating,the software of the CNC is modifiedsimply with corresponding the hardware structure,this paper is not only show the greatsignificance of time grating but also put forwards a principle of the dynamic experimentoperation.Aiming at the processing of Time Grating error correction experiment exsiting someproblems like low automation, low velocity of NC Rotary Table, bad dynamic reponses.An error correction system of the time grating was designed,which is based on themut-axis programmable motion control card. Taking the PMAC as the control core,thesystem use the direct driver motor as motion mechanism and designed the software by C++.The study of those properties indicates that the error correction system is a balanced andreliable experimental system compared to traditional CNC rotary table. It was not onlyresolve the speed bottleneck,but also improved dynamic respones.The paper discusses how to complete the operation of the precise positioning of theturntable experimental platform, via the discussion of the direct drive motor controller andanalysis the built-in algorithm,we obtained PID parameters.
