Compensationis analyzed,the data collected about the after the linearized mathematical model,according to change the temperature change and the error of the prediction,in analogy to the elder people speak directly after joining the input error prediction results make machine tools according to the intended application work,on the basis of the forecast error of the income a function of temperature and error,use with PMAC open,directly into the program,make the program parameters are with temperature changes,temperature range and is used to adjust the CNC machine tool follow error,in order to increase its robustness with PMAC built-in PID control,realized the high precision,high sensitivity,real-time compensation for thermal error of nc machine tools.(1)With vertical CNC machining center as the research object,USES the high precision thermal sensor with grating interferometer to collect machine tool error caused by temperature change,and data(2)Linear regression with least square method as the data fitting method,the data fitting,taking a shaft as an example,through the analysis of error data,choose the error influence of hot key points to ensure the robustness of error model,carries on the analysis of thermal error,and establish the mathematical model.(3)By adjusting the PID parameters,the use of proportional control,differential adjustment and integral adjustment to increase nc machining center,its robustness,and measured again adjusted the heat produced in the numerical control system error and the data from comparing with the original data.(4)Adjust PID parameter,the mathematical model of the writing into with PMAC nc machining program,input by PC with PMAC controller,drive nc machining center,through the temperature sensor data collection,speak to the temperature of the collected data real-time feedback back to the calculator,calculated by the temperature error estimate,and reverse combined into the next phase of command,supplemented by interval error compensation of PID control system,high precision,real-time error compensation.(5)Speaking after compensation of nc machining system data acquisition,and comparing with the original data,and sought out the rationality and stability.
