With increasingly prominent in environment and resource issues, green manufacture has become an inevitable trend. Tolerance design based on green manufacture is an important way to protect the environment, reduce manufacturing costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. According to the basic theory of green manufacture, the paper mainly studied the statistical tolerance design based on Monte Carlo simulation and tolerance optimization theory and methods based on green manufacture.Tolerance analysis is to study the impact of component links on closed link. As a statistical test method, Monte Carlo method has been applied in many experiments and simulation. This paper set forth in-depth study of Monte Carlo simulation tolerance analysis, proposed the process of tolerance analysis by using the Monte Carlo method, described the development process based on Visual Basic and Matlab GUI Monte Carlo simulation software in detail, and program and simulate Beta and Rayleigh distribution and so on by using the Visual Basic6.0, Matlab7.0.1and other computer software, it were compared by case analysis.This paper studied the tolerance optimization design based on green manufacturing. studied and proposed the concept of the tolerance optimal allocation which is to minimize the objective function included the manufacturing cost, quality loss cost and environmental impact cost; and have given an example about the minimal total cost of the manufacturing cost and quality loss cost. The results showed that compared with the traditional tolerance allocation can be seen that, with the user needs and environmental impact not only safeguarded the interests of users, but also reduced the environmental pollution which is caused by the manufacturing site.The study of this paper is of guiding significance in Monte Carlo tolerance analysis and tolerance optimization allocation based on green manufacturing.
