With the improvement of the national economy, the application of iron and steel ineach industry more and more, in order to adapt to the rapid development of the iron andsteel industry in our country, in recent years our country also attaches great importance tomodern pellets industrial construction, in order to meet the blast furnace large-scale andreasonable burden structure need high quality acid pellets. Grate-kiln pelletizing methodis the main method for the production of pellets, but the rotary kiln outlet slagging actualproduction has been troubled by a major problem, the slagging process to produce notonly deteriorate causing economic losses, but also to the staff at risk.This thesis to solve the rotary kiln export slagging detection and clear the problemput forward a kind of new scheme, i.e., using ultrasonic sensor to judge the severity of theslagging, then detection signal to control system, the control system according to thereceived signals to slag removal mechanism to control operation, the realization ofintelligent and efficient production.This paper builds the mathematical model by ANSYS-WOKBENCH and modelmeshing and load calculation. Analyze the different shapes of contraction type nozzle jeteffect. Through the simulation analysis, choose the suitable nozzle, in meet the materialmechanics performance, under the precondition of high pressure hot air to get the best jetspeed to cutting slagging. In slagging Clear device control system development, thechoice of the Siemens S7-200Series hardware automation and control products, the use ofSiemens STEP7programming software system development tools, and the whole processsimulation.The non-contact high-pressure hot air cleaning residue device can automaticallydetect the thickness of slagging and timely clearance, prevent too thick slagging affectproduction. The way to clear the rotary kiln exports slagging, can not affect the actualproduction, will not introduce impurities affect the quality of the pellets, this is theinnovative concept. Solve rotary kiln outlet slagging problems later, provides a new wayof thinking and reference.
