High yield pulping technology has raised fibrous materials utilization rate, and reduced fibrous materials consumption. Make full use of the cotton stalk, the device of screw extruder has produced high intensified corrugated paper, not just for high yield, but low require water quality. Therefore, the study of wastewater treatment to reduce the degree of investment and operating cost has feasible and practically significant.The paper studies the feasibility of coagulation technology apply to wastewater treatment. Factors exerting influence on PH, PAC dosage, PAM dosage and sludge recycle flow rate effects are analyzed. A pilot scale test show that:use PAC and PAM apply coagulation technology treatment wastewater of high yield pulping. PAC dosage is4ml/L PAM dosage is1ml/L, sludge recycle flow rate under40%--60%limitation, primary settling tank COD concentration is from370mg/L to140mg/L, PH is between7.5and8.2.Due to primary settling tank COD concentration has vary greatly. A pilot scale study different COD inlet, different PAC and PAM dosage. The removal effect of the color and COD of the wastewater. The results show that:COD inlet between200ml/L and500ml/L. the ideal PAC putting between3.5ml/L and4.5ml/L.Based on the previous study result and started biological activated carbon study. Water treatment/day is50tons. A pilot scale test show that:the coagulation cascade removal effect of the color and COD of the wastewater is between62.4%and67.8%, the biological activated carbon average removal effect of the color and COD of the wastewater is between55%and70%. The running test shows that the removal of the color and COD is simultaneous.This description organic from papermaking wastewater to COD has high rate of the contributing. After the thorough analysis and comparison, the results show that the color has linear relationships with COD. When the color between100and400times, the color and COD can be expressed as:y=0.8258+85.291.correlation coefficient is0.9528. when the color between400and1200times, the color and COD can be expressed as y=0.8714x+102.69. correlation coefficient is0.9692, the result show that organic from papermaking wastewater to COD has high rate of the contributing.This process is able to fully meet high yield pulping papermaking corrugated board and recycling of pulp washing require. This research provides potential scheme for reference as colorants wastewater treatment.
