People pay more attention to the packaging of goods in today’s society,the paper materialwhich give priority to with corrugated cardboard occupies an important position in all packagingmaterials.With corrugated cardboard to the development of the lightweight,microminiaturizationCorrugated medium also have to development to high strength,low quantitative.Since theCorrugated medium has low value in a long time,there are only a few corrugated mediumproduction lines built in our country.It lead the production of Corrugated medium,especiallyhigh-strength corrugated medium, can’t meet domestic market demand.We have to import a lotof corrugated medium from abroad every year.Therefore,developing high-strength and lowquantitative corrugated paper accord with the demand of the market and the need of the society.This article introduces a design of a250,000tons per year high strength corrugated mediumpaper machine.This machine is made some technology improvement on demestic machine,andsome equipment is imported from foreign.The raw material is used to make paper in this scheme is LOCC and a small amount ofslurry from other production line.KBC waste processing line is choosen,while a5500/900home-made corrugated medium paper machine is selected.The paper’s quantitative is between80g/m2and140g/m2.The machine’s working speed is800m/min.The width of paper reeling machine is5500mm.And Its production capacity is697t/d.Below is the main process:Headbox-Wet end-Press section-Dry part before-Size press-Dry part-Reeling.And it is equipped with approachsystem,vacuum system,broke disposal system,saveall,sizing agent preparation system,condensedsteam system,DCS system,QCS system and so on.The hydraulic headbox with dilution water isdirectly import from Andritz in Austria.It has very good sizing evenness.Imported IBS ceramicsblades equipped in wire section can increase the dehydration effect and reduce the wear ofpolyester forming wire.The Fourdrinier with On-Top Former could let paper evenness more stable.Press section is equipped with Suction Pick-up roll+Long-Nip-Press+Suction Pick-up roll+Shoe Press.The selection of more wide press pressure area can improve the dehydration of thepress section.Three section dryer control is used in dry section,and Ropeless tail threading whichcontrolled by compressed air can shorten threading time and improve the efficiency. There is asurface sizing machine between dry sections.Surface sizing can improve the strength of thecorrugated medium and improve the surface properties of paper.The steam used in this project come from factory-owned cogeneration power plant.Thefactory also has a sewage treatment station.The waste residue after the filter press can mix inburning coal as raw material.It can also be sanitary landfills.Whitewater from workshop couldbe reused by the saveall.The wastewater from papermaking can achieve the national standardsthrough treatment of sewage treatment station.The total investment of this project is about RMB283.404224million.If the price ofcorrugated medium according to3000yuan per ton and production time is340day per year,itwill pay24.871951million per year for profit tax and its profits could reach78.999937yuan peryear.It is expected that the project could take back the cost in5.59years(including two years forconstruction).
