Sugar cane juice clarification in sugar production is significant process in, the clarification and effect on quality of sugar products, recover, energy saving, environmental protection, energy and have an important impact on. Our factory mainly adopts the method of sulfate and carbonate method to clarify the process to produce refined white sugar, where in the sulfitation Sugar production, the higher sulfur content, and carbonate production sugar quality than the sulfitation Sugar production of good quality, but higher costs and produce large amounts of alkaline mud caused by environmental pollution, with the national product quality white sugar and environmental protection requirements continue to increase, the current technology is facing severe challenges, therefore, the cane juice clarification process of new technology system plays an important role in the study.This paper is based on the principle of sugarcane juice clarification, according to principle of shunting voicing, the juice extracting process in firstly pressed juice and secondary pressed juice is separated from the two pressure, the secondary pressed juice less, not more sugar features, on secondary pressed juice using high temperature high pH value clarification process.In this paper, the secondary pressed juice clarification process of high temperature high alkali were discussed, in high efficiency and low consumption, energy saving and environmental protection principle, the high alkali coagulation. Net technology; research using magnesium salt and chitosan were secondary pressed juice high pH value coagulation method and optimum conditions for sugarcane juice; high alkali concrete the precipitate was suspended due to settling and filter cake as high compressibility and cannot filter characteristics, by the addition of precipitating filter aid to enhanced solid-liquid separation methods of clarification. The main research contents and results are as follows:1.for the secondary pressed juice characteristics are analyzed, according to the current research at home and abroad, clarification of the secondary pressed juice by coagulation with magnesium sulfate and chitosan under high pH was investigated. Single coagultion experiments were performed through varying pH value, temperature, and dosages of coagulants. The experimental investigation of composite coagulation with optimal conditions was then performed using the surface response method. The single coagultion experiments showed that both the cationic coagulants showed exellent clarifying effect on the secondary pressed juice at high pH value with magnesium sulfate superior to chitosan on both purification effect and decoloration. The composite coagulation was showed to have better clarification effect than the single coagulation, showing the synergistic clarifying action between the two coagulants. The optimal condition was found as the dosages being0.5%magnesium sulfate and464mg/kg chitosan on cane juice, temperature60℃, pH=11.06. Compared to the traditional sulfitation clarification, the purity was increased up to6AP and the decoloration rate up to25%under optimum conditions.2.Using a variety of sugarcane byproducts, including sugarcane bagasse boiler, mud and fly ash as the precipitating agent to secondary pressed juice for coagulation and clarification experimental study on deposition. In determining the optimum flocculation condition, through comparing the different precipitating agent adding different amount of contrast test, different settlement curve, the final confirmation of bagasse boiler fly ash is the most suitable precipitating agent, the best dosage is2%. When the addition of flocculant3mg/kg, sugarcane juice and a temperature of60DEG C, bagasse ash content is2%, the mud juice in5minutes to complete the final settlement, while the mud juice concentration, volume30%. Paper adding bagasse ash on clear juice quality effect, the results showed that, with increasing bagasse ash clarification effect in2%, the optimum amount of cases, juice turbidity dose not change, enhance the purity of the0.17AP, the decolorization rate increased by33.48%.3. On secondary pressed juice filter aid to help filter experimental study. The experiment results show that using sugar-refinery boiler burning bagasse fly ash as a filter aid, can achieve secondary pressed juice sugar at low temperature and high alkali coagulation and clarification of the mud juice or juice filter. Bagasse ash dosage on filtration rate and filtration pressure has obvious effect, the optimum adding amount was2%, the optimal filtration pressure of0.05Mpa. The experimental data regression, bagasse fly ash filter secondary pressed juice at low temperature and high alkali coagulation and clarification filtration can be used Q2+2qeq=Kt to describe, bagasse ash dosage2%, filtration pressure filtration constants for0.05Mpa K=400L2m-4min-1, QE=2.8Lm-2. The regression equation is consistent with the experimental data.4. The secondary pressed juice high pH value coagulation and clarification and traditional sulfite method to clarify clarification effect contrast experimental study. Under the assumption of firstly pressed juice70%, secondary pressed juice for30%cases, secondary pressed juice the study of low temperature and high pH value of coagulation and clarification of juice and juice pressing mixed, and then use the sulfite method to clarify, the juice and Simulation of mixed juice with the same sulfurous acid method to clarify the Qing juice were compared, the results showed that juice color value can be reduced by about30%, purity can be increased by nearly3GP, turbidity unchanged, calcium salt content is reduced to about6.5%The research shows that, secondary pressed juice high alkali coagulation and clarification, the strengthened solid-liquid separation conditions is feasible; secondary pressed juice shunt can improve sugarcane juice clarification clarification effect. This study develops a cane juice clarification technology, for the sugar technology reform and further research to make a certain contribution.
