Now fasteners anti-corrosion surface treatment method is mainly to electroplating, including galvanized, zinc nickel alloy, decorative chromium. Plating solution contains a large amount of heavy metals and toxic materials such as cyanide. Electroplating wastewater pollution, In advocate environmental protection in society, electroplating wastewater is an important problem to be solved urgently. Based on the vacuum coating technology on the fasteners surface plating high strength, high hardness, high temperature resistant, corrosion resistance of the TiN film material to carry its surface hardness and corrosion resistance, In reducing environmental pollution premise, through the plating system TiN film to improve the service life of fasteners.First, Compared separate magnetron sputtering, alone arc ion plating and mixture of plating three ways preparation film. It is found that magnetron and arc both sputtering plated thin film have advantage than others. Through to change the mechanic, by single factor change method to study the law on the structure and properties of TiN film. The negative bias, work pressure and argon and nitrogen flow ratio of three process parameters on the influence of micro hardness of TiN film, film thickness, surface morphology, composition and the corrosion resistance, study of the various parameters on the influence law of TiN thin film.Research shows that, The mixed mode of sputtering plating TiN film surface morphology of the roughness and film compactness is improved than arc ion plating, And in the same sputtering time conditions, Mixed plating deposition rate higher than single magnetron sputtering, the thickness of film is double than single magnetron sputtering. In synthesis invest of the film compactness and film thickness, the metal surface by using mixed plating film preparation has the best corrosion resistance.Through to Change the bias value size, film color gradual transformation of golden yellow, When the bias value for75V, Micro hardness and thickness of film reach the maximum. Argon and nitrogen flow ratio change affects the film material composition, argon and nitrogen flow rate of the ratio is3:1, The film contains the largest TiN percentage is50.59%, Micro hardness of film also reached the maximum is1449HV. With the increase of the working pressure, the surface roughness of the film first reduce, then increases, the film of the micro hardness first increases, then decreases, When work pressure is0.5Pa, the layer roughness is minimum, film compactness is best, micro hardness is the largest, film of the corrosion current density is minimum and corrosion resistance film is best.
